For cricket betting — including PSL, Pakistan international matches, T20 World Cup, and other covered competitions — the following general principles apply:

• All bets are void if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a result under the relevant competition rules has been completed, unless settlement rules for the specific market provide otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted at b888bet's discretion. b888bet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of match interruption or when live data feeds are unavailable.

All content on the b888bet platform — including but not limited to the b888bet name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, odds data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of b888bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b888bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any b888bet content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of the b888bet platform.

Any unauthorised use of b888bet's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may additionally constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or database protection laws. b888bet reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b888bet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b888bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b888bet shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if b888bet was advised of the possibility of such loss:

If it stops being enjoyable — if it starts affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health — b888bet's responsible gaming tools are available around the clock to help you take back control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all b888bet account holders at no cost and can be activated immediately from the responsible gaming section of your account settings:

• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity — an account that has not recorded any login or financial transaction for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administration fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
• At the account holder's own request, including self-exclusion requests made under the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
